Forearm Training


I personally have always struggled with developing my forearms to match my upper arms. I have recently started to use one of the oldest forearm development tools, called the wrist roller. This is a simple device that can be made with things that most people can find around the house, and yet in my opinion is one of most effective forearm developers ever devised. As you’ll soon see, the reason a lot of people don’t use this exercise is because it is quite painful to perform as it develops a deep burn in the forearm muscles very quickly!

Jump Rope History

While many people associate jump roping with children on a playground, the fact is that jump rope history goes back to early human history. From the earliest days of rope jumping to today, the sport has evolved considerably and is now a competitive sport.


Known as jump rope, skip rope, rope jumping, and skipping, the activity dates back to ancient civilizations.


The Egyptians used to jump over vines, aborigines jumped over bamboo, and paintings from the medieval period show images of children jumping hoops. Many people associate jump roping with girls’ play, but history indicates that jump roping was originally a man’s game.
